At ScratchPop, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care taken while packing each order. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received an incorrect product
  • An item is missing from your order
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch
  • Delivery could not be completed due to force majeure or non-serviceable locations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen/display differences
  • Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with after delivery

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please email us at info.scratchpop@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened
  • Supporting photos or videos clearly showing the issue

⚠️ Requests submitted without an unboxing video or after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Approval & Processing

  • All refund requests are reviewed after verification
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will be notified once the refund has been processed

Partial Refunds

If only part of the order is affected (for example, one item missing or damaged), a partial refund may be issued for the affected item only.

Important Notes

  • ScratchPop reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria
  • Decisions made after verification shall be final and binding

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
