1. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reliable and trusted courier companies to deliver your orders safely.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, ScratchPop shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions, or operational issues.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location within India.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external circumstances.
3. Order Processing
At ScratchPop, we aim to deliver your scratch art kits quickly and reliably.
- All orders placed on https://scratchpop.in/ are processed within 24–72 hours, excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays.
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

During peak sale periods or unexpectedly high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a courier tracking number will be shared via email and/or SMS.You can use this tracking number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volumes during sales or promotions.
- Courier network disruptions.
- Extreme weather conditions or natural events.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info.scratchpop@gmail.com , and we will assist you.
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to inaccessibility of the delivery location or force majeure events, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.
6. Missing Items in an Order
We understand that receiving an order with missing items can be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any such occurrence.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we request you to follow these steps:
- Please share a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
- All orders go through multiple levels of quality checks before dispatch.
- We maintain photo and video evidence of packed orders for verification.
If an item is unavailable or out of stock, you will be informed prior to dispatch, and a refund or credit note will be issued accordingly.
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend not accepting it. If accepted, please ensure an unboxing video is recorded.
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is shipped
- If payment has already been processed, refunds will be initiated immediately after cancellation, subject to deduction of applicable payment gateway or banking charges
🚫 Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or out for delivery.
